i buy this phone one year ago..phone is absolutely great....there is notning wrong with him..all the best...fantastic phone for younger population :)

I buy 1 & half years ago, this phone working good, but phone distrub at monitor, ribbon I change ribbon at eastran plaza after replace ribbon work 2 weeks then again problem same, i try simens office they said 3500 taka(bd) then they try, but this price is high.
I want to know now how many taka buy a new ribbon at this time & it is easily get or not ? where i found & pls put address this.

worst fone i ever had.after 1 month of buying i had to send it for repair due to poor ribon.i found it back after 3 months nd the next 6 months it worke well with all of my boredom.its processor is extremely sloooow.after 6months i fell on the same prob of ribon.alas!then i had no warrenty.ihad to throw 1900tk BDT nd repaired it.after two months its ribon got smashed again.now its totally dead.ive tried to repair it breaking my passion but benq siemens company has already fleed away from bd. damn it.now im so happy with my new nokia 5800 xm.

I have a BenQ Siemens CL71 handset. I bought it on 14 Oct 2006. After 9 month it got disturbed in the ribbonn. i took it to the warranty and it took more than 1 and half month to repaid. One year later in 2008 it got disturbed again in the ribbon which cause display problem. I put it down since then.
My comment is It is a poor product.

how can i find sparepart of this mobile? 4 month i look for it. No one and no mobile shop have interest to by my Benq-Siemens CL71???????

BenQ-Siemens CL71 is good for various function but it's ribon is very poor & costly from other brands. I need ribon but Siemens company of Bangladesh takes very high rate (BDT=3,500).How can i get it by low rate.

DO NOT BUY this phone
You will have a hard time looking for a service center if you need one and its lcd connector is easily damaged...

Benq is the best moblie because my benq display was destroed where is the service center in the delhi I give your moblie No. please contact me own my moblie NO.

to all please dont buy this cellphone because it is disposable, iwas able to used it for one month only and then when i send it to their service center it takes 4 months before they returned and when they terurn to me i just used it for 2 days and ther for repair again , up to know not yet repair because the problem is the mother board and it cause 19800 for then to repair not practical instead of paying 19800 for repair i will just buy a new one

hellooooooooo....wazz up,can u tell me how to customize the mp3 music to make it mesage alrt tone cos it wont work if i try to set it up and how can i download a themes on this phones there is no application with the themes,can you help me with this problem,but i like the phone it cute like a nokia 6288 slide up...i love this phone but kindly help with those things i mentioned..thanx and more power ranger...hehehehe

Weel I thing this phone is good and i love it.But whats happening with speakers.They arent very pure.Anyway I love my phone very much and it has very good options...
