Its a nice phone, but it is very slow and freezes at times.
It does recognize by micro chip some times and accessories are hard to get.
Battery life is good, sturdy phone and good speakers

some problems of this phone-
1.very slow.
2.don't support any mini sd card.
3.no scope for downloading songs even moblie wallpaper from internet.
4.phonebook is also very slow and surrely not well designed.
5.one of the worst batteries.
6.network problem.

I having trouble with E61 Lcd. Why lcd's blank..because I only opening the casing ? I putt the casing back,but lcd blanking on white colour only ? Please send me the answere about that to my email at nebuqadnezar@yahoo.co.I'd Should I buy a new lcd for my E61 ?

Tha phone at times hangs i dont knw y.and again mine accepts no microSD.carad...whats the problem.

Iv use this fone since 2006. I hated it at first on discovering That it doesnt support mxit, i cudnt download music or games onto it. and it also doesnt support blutooth. Butci soon got used to it. Bought a nokia 6300 last year, the screen is messd up now. so i went bak to benq. it works, no matter how disapointing

I have been using this phone since last two years. I will suggest ppl not to buy this phone. because this phone is very slow. Only thing is good that.. mp3 quality is more or less okay.
