BlackBerry rumored to unveil their second Android phone at MWC

Himanshu, 21 February, 2016

According to a new rumor, BlackBerry could announce their second Android-powered smartphone at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC). Said to be codenamed Vienna, the device has already leaked in renders a few months ago, revealing a more orthodox BlackBerry design.

The report says the handset is expected sport a 5-inch 1080p display and have both front and rear cameras with LED flash. The Vienna is said to be a mid-range phone with a price tag less than what the company's Priv carries.

Back in December, BlackBerry CEO John Chen hinted that the company could launch a second Android phone in 2016. He, however, didn't reveal a specific launch time frame, saying that'll depend on how the Priv performs in the coming months.
