I have mine for 4 years now and also never had one bit of a problem. Cracked the screen about two years ago and got a quotation of a R1600 to replace the touch screen, lcd screen and glass but a friend did it for me for R450. Dont know why some blackberry owners complain about their phones while mine just keep on going and going.
