Just dropped it in a heater running at 30 degrees (that's 86 Fahrenheit for you Americans) and I thought for sure it was dead. I picked it up, and it had powered off and was so hot my hand got burned on the screen. Took the phone apart for about five minutes so the battery could cool off, turned it back on- It's alive. Still happy with the quality, and pretty impressed it held up under intense heat.

The worst camera ever! No mater what you do it auto adjust-blurry then clear, blurry then clear--this happens when taking pictures or recording...I have been trying to get it to stop by accessing settings... After 1 year I am now going to replace the phone...never had this problem with my studio 5.0..I have missed so many moments because of this crappy camera!

Never buy a Blu product. I bought 3 Blu phones and they all went bad within one year. Warranty people are not helpful. I think I am a fool that I bought these cheap phones to save money. Cheap phones, cheap quality and cheap customer service

A lot of run around trying to send it back. Got an email today that USPS would deliver Tuesday. Don't know its it mine fixed, a refurbished one or a new one. We shall see.

i observed one thing on the phone is when the phone is switch off and you try to switch on the phone . it come on with chinese writing which i cannot understanding how to go about it .that is my submissive problem on the phone.

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2016GPS never seems to work. Signal drops often if it works at ... moreNo I do not have any major problem with the GPS; I was using it for road trip and it works very good, consistently. If it ever acts up a reboot is all it takes.

i loved my phone. i was still getting use to it so a lot of things it would do i hadn't used. one thing that i did notice was that it would over heat but it did let you know. what could have been the cause? would it blow up? i'm concerned because my phone was stolen by a ninth grade girl and i need to replace it.. plus is there anyway to track this phone without things turned on for this on the phone....tried to contact you but there was no phone number.... thank you

More of a question...my BLU Studio 6.0 HD was fully charged and i went to make a call but it will NOT come back on, even when plugged into a charger...Unfortunately, I am rather technology challenged and feel clueless. I would greaatly appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

i bought this phone and i found out that the 3g network is not working, anytime i switch it to 3g network, my sim card network gett off.. hope anyone can help

I've had this phone for 14 months and while overall it has been excellent there have been a few strange and persistent problems, (although they are somewhat easily fixed until they strike again and again).
- the wi-fi refuses to switch on. This can happen after the phone has been on anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Rebooting restores wi-fi.
- cellular network connection changes to 'Emergency call only'. Rebooting fixes this. This did not start happening until after the last firmware update and it only seems to strike while the phone is locked. It hasn't happened mid-call nor during normal use.
- my cell is both encyrpted and passworded and sometimes if I awake the phone, open the keyboard and then abort entering the password the screen will lock up. The keyboard no longer responds and can't be exited. Rebooting clears this.
So these are rather serious problems but at least a reboot fixes them. And they don't strike everyday. Sometimes the phone runs smoothly for weeks at a time before something fails. Other than these issues the phone has been excellent. No problems with apps and contrary to the stats listed here on GSMArena, microSDs larger than 32GB can be used; just make sure you format the card as FAT32. I'm using a 128GB card.
