my phone wont even charge, it started taking forever to charge then just stopped. Anyone else looking for a new phone due to this problem?

I have battery issues just the same and I had a tech open phone and found port had disconnect from board. It was soldered back on and it is charging now. I hope it will keep charging now. Tech said port is really short so it only sit on small part of the board.

I am having the same problem. Phone is now connected to power supply for 24X7. Really painful.

Bout my phone two months ago and it has been having charging problems about three weeks now takes forever to charge and can't seem to get a battery anywhere. Total rip off

So I bought the blu vivo xl two months now....The battery went on 1% and it never powered back on .I'm sure it's the battery because someone placed their battery in my phone and it came on beautifully....but when my battery went in theirs it displayed that stupid dead battery sign, Now I'm desperate to find a battery which I can't seem to find anywhere.

user, 26 Nov 2016mine keeps failing on the updateyou need to remove your micro sd card and clear a bunch of cache to make space for the update

good phone and any specification the only issue is when a I charger the phone because takes a lot time, like 4 hour starting in 20%
