strongman, 30 Apr 2016please where do i put the second sim card plzThe sim cards go on top of each other. One in the slot at bottom and then the other top slot.

Really dissapointed! Got my first cat b15q, which had an out of box failure. Second phone...did a factory reset after phone battery apparently got a virus and now it shows no camera icon. You can't hear the music properly when playing music. Took out my sim card to put another and then the dual sim card got stuck and the gold plates of the simcard reader got bent. This is just a few of the problems I had so far, because the list is extremely long. When I contacted the manufacturers, they told me to rather get a new phone because they can't help me. Seriously?!

Alf, 28 Feb 2016My CAT phone freeze, then I switched it of and it never cam... moreOnce it recharges it should work. Re battery usage, disable the location app. It really eats up a lot of power.

this phone is poor quality,less than a year old my first one fell from coffee table screen shattered, second one a month old froze up had to replace my current one is terribly slow regularly freezes and has poor battery life. I also find the reception is poor compared to other phones. cant wait for contract to run out , back to samsung.......

I've had the phone for two years. The one I currently have is actually the second one, because I dropped the first one about a foot from the ground and the power button got stuck with no way to be fixed, so instead, I got a replacement. The replacement, too, has problems with the power button, it's really hard to press down. The battery life is awful, even with the brightness on minimum and WiFi off, my phone dies within less than 10 hours. For the past year or so, thephone

I had the B15Q for three months, dropped it from a height of about 800 mm and the screen shattered. This supposed indestructible phone that has Corning Gorilla glass and advertised with the words "ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH" can be dropped from 1.8 m and nothing will happen to it. Check out the website. Further, all communication from the CAT group is sorry about you being unhappy. Guessing the pride that they have in the phone is not as much as the pride they have in the false advertising.

I have b15 20 monts and this is wath i have batery is good and every thing work OK its not some monster but it work in every condition and it loock like ne satysfied for all money.

Help! I consistently cannot get the back to stay on! The top will not go in properly, even though I try to follow the directions that come on the back of the phone. It was in tight when received, but I have 2 phones like that and no one can figure out how to get the back to stay on tight.
Anyone have any ideas?

Both standby-time and battery life in general are far from the described specifications : (
Wlan connection causes problems and the phone sometimes just turns off for no reason.
The device was already in maintenance and the battery was replaced, but it didn`t help.

does anyone else find that their phone is failing ? Sound on phone calls is muffled and very instinct, Touch screen is failing , battery life is only about 6 hours with minimal use . Overall a very disappointing phone. Is there a way to do a software upgrade or reset ?
