I have used for 6 months, got complaint with touch. after i gave to customer care center, still now i didn't see the mobile again... total CELKON is overall waste product, in every aspects..

me too am facing the same problem as Lucy. I buy the phone three weeks ago and now start to ask me to ask me to choose prepared sim card.

i am using this mobile from last april onwards meanwhile i have sent the mobile to service center for 6 times because while using the net it is automatically switching off and restarting and also i am getting the error" preferred sim does not exist "and the signals are dropping . it is really irritating me even customer support people also not solved this problem kindly let me know the solution......

jai, 24 May 2015I get this phone by snapdeal on april 7th I don't get any... moreHi I am using celcon ultra since 2months ..very delicate ...even in full modecof ringer volume I couldn't hear incoming call tone properly very low sound even in full volume..no back pouch flip cover I got...broken edges of the handset..can any1 tell me how to fix this volume problem? Even I couldn't hear alarm volume too.browsing software facilities are good but hanging up frequently when I open camera to click..its restarting again..plz let me know how to solve all this..
