Galaxy S24 series pre-order benefits in Europe outed along with exclusive colors

Vlad, 15 January 2024

Samsung's big unveiling event for the Galaxy S24 family is taking place this Wednesday, on January 17. So now, with mere hours to go, the last-minute leaks are starting to pour in. This one right here seems to have originated Samsung's Austrian arm - someone sharing a screenshot of its internal systems.

This lets us know that, as a pre-order promo, in Austria (and presumably in a lot of other EU or at least Western European countries), you will get a storage bump for free. So if you buy the 128GB model, you'll get the one with 256GB instead. And so on - pay for 256GB, get 512GB. It even works for the 1TB version of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which you will receive if you pre-order the 512GB iteration.

That being said, the 1TB option is limited to only 2,000 units across all participating retailers in Austria, and it might be similarly limited in other countries where the same promo will apply.

Moving on, if you trade-in an old smartphone or tablet you will get a guaranteed €100 bonus on top of whatever the trade-in value is determined to be. This offer will run from January 17 to January 30.

The Galaxy S24 and S24+ will be offered in these exclusively online colors: Jade Green, Sapphire Blue, and Sandstone Orange. The S24 Ultra's exclusively online hues will be Titanium Green, Titanium Blue, and Titanium Orange.
