Lincoln, 15 Feb 2010I enjoy using this phone, but im having problems with it. r... morehi there, try to press the ok+ red phone buttons simultaneously while insering your stilus/pen on the hole on the right side of the phone, hold all 3 for a few seconds, it should reboot/format the hard drive. cheers

I enjoy using this phone, but im having problems with it. recently it said my files were corrupt and it would not start up my internet explorer and now it only freezes when i switch it on. help someone please lindam@xsinet.co.za

Hi there
I have this wonderful cellphone, but now it's giving me problem.
It does not want to start, it just open the screen, shows the GSMART logo and it does not want to continue working, is freezed
I will appreciate any assistance in this regard.

Henry, 11 Dec 2009It is a nice phone. But i dont know how to switch it on.....To turn it on, press and hold the power button until it turns on. Else put the battery in first and try the above step again.

I have bought this phone few days back. And now i am suggesting you all to do not to buy this phone. This is a much poor phone with a dull battery backup.
Buy a good phone do not go with it.

I have this phone and the only prob i have is that it freezes sometimes but other than that this phone is simply awesome to have.

anytime i try to set the time it gives an error massage ( notification erro--cannot execute/windoes/Notif_sysTime.exe) please whow do i correct this?
The phone gigabyte is wonderful, i really find it difficult to use another phone and i have two of it.
