1GB is just enough for the smartphone; it is not FHD.
And comparing raw specs to Note 2 RAM usage is just silly :)

1GB RAM for 720P display is not enough, my friend use Note 2 ( 720P display with 2GB RAM)of which 800MB remains free and 1.2GB remains used, so 1GB of RAM will bottleneck in gaming inspite of MT6589T cpu, so in my opinion Maya upgrade is a better option (qHD, 1GBRAM,gpu @286 which produces 9.6 GFLOPS) whereas MT6589T's gpu @357 which produces 11.2 GFLOPS, so the margin does not justify the higher price tag of Sierra and also less RAM.
