Mid-ranger Gionee X1 unveiled

Gionee has just announced the X1 smartphone for the Indian market. It will cost 8,999 INR (€119) and will come in Black and Gold colors.
The Gionee X1 has a 5-inch 1280x720px display and runs on a Mediatek MT6737 chipset. 8MP front and 8MP back camera, a 3,000mAh battery, dual-SIM slots and a microSD card slot are also among the highlights of the mid-ranger. There is 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.
When buying the Gionee X1, Airtel customers will get 10GB of data per month for up to 6 recharges.

Most probably due to cost and profit.. MT6737 is based on 28nm too but less efficient than SD400s i guess Wonder will my X10 warmer or this MT6737?? XD

At Mediatek website, it show MT6737 as a entry 4G chip solution
