I dont understand why everyone like this one. I recently posted something here about this HTC DESIRE for some reason cannot find my post to know what people's reply are. Anyways got this phone sometime on Dec, used it for a while until and I actually like it, until it start freezing on me, have to touch a couple of times before it actually goes to the right place where I want it to go. Then try to get help in the store where I got this. No help there didn't believe me either. Called HTC support, guy made me check all the stupid app I dont need, then told me to used it the whole day and see what happenes. Well by the end of the day still same thing WIFI was even slower. Can't be my wifi, I have 2 computer on it. and It is no problem. So I called HTC again and first time I told the guy was I do not want to loose what I have already in my phone, well after being so rude and sarcastic to me, bcos I could not hear him properly, and after telling him from the very beginning that I dont want to loose what I have on my phone guess what??? By the end of that conversation he told me to save everything I have because his going to wife out my phone. WTH??? Didn't I just said in the beginning what I dont want him to do? So make the long story short, I brought it back to the store where I got it, guy said 10 business days, guess what? They had my phone for more than 3 weeks, more than 15 business days. When I got it back all they did was wife everything out and reformat my phone. Now when I set up my phone, stupid phone does not have a touch tone sound. What kind of phone is this? I called HTC again and they told me to call tomorrow and see what happens bcos technical support is already close. What the heck! Anyone else having this problem? This one is acting up when it wants to and HTC refused to believe that there is something wrong with their stupid phone. What kind of company cant fix their own phone???

Phone memory only 4GB. Operating system can take major space. So, its seems to me remaining space are not enough for installing various apps. My question is 'Are apps can stored in Micro SD card? My another question about the quality of front camera. I would request this phone users to respond.

the phone is so nice i bought last week the problem is enternal memory 4GB with application remain memory is 1GB too short otherwise no any problem

I have been using this phone for 3 weeks....played asphalt and all high end games smoothly...no lag...fast browsing...AWESOME..speakers...no im not joking...they are really good...good screen...and very good 5mp camera...almost a decent 8 mp cam...no quality issues...not ULTRA sharp images but more than satisfactory...good photos...no prblm in dual sim function...i recieve calls..messages...no prblm at all...works very well...except a slight hiccup...very rare but...awesome looks..matte finish...premium finish...looks classy and better than most phones especially samsung...very very very capable midranger.........never any prblm..thanks HTC

The two worst thing abt this phone is
1.internal memory
2.camera
And also u cannot record 1080p videos in this phone...the single sim version is better but i couldn't find it in market....or u can buy desire 501 if u don't want sense5ui

I'll suggest u buy samsung grand 3....if u r not an htc fan.....
