Its not bad,mediatek cpu's are not the best but the one used in this is preety good it can play asphalt 8 dead trigger and frontline commando at high settings the gpu used in mediatek mt6582 is almost equal to gpu used in snapdragon 400.I myself have used this chipset

I am using 816 nd my brother is using 816g..both are brilliant phones..they are identical..only difference is the processing..816 is quiet fast with snapdragon..nd 816g uses mediatek..still considering the price..its overall an awesome phn..must go fr it..nd if you could increase ur budget a bit..go for 816..both are good..choose as per ur budget..
