sam, 17 May 2018yes..i ve also same problem..battery is too weak. and al... moredont even think about having hopes about updating it ....theres no updates whatsoever....i had this phone for like 1.5 years...died instantly kept restarting automaticaly by it self because of this stupid chipset that it have...good luck of whats left of your phones life

yes..i ve also same problem..battery is too weak.
and also my phone is not updated till now...still i have 5.1..can anyone tell, how can i upgrade this desire 830 ?

camera is superb. but i found battery is worst. when i use internet it drains fast and sometimes phones goes off even if charge showing more than 15%

This phone is superb in every aspect
Decent camera, gets a little slow when using multiple apps simultaneously that also after 1 n half years usage I am telling this, I am a vigorous net user still it gives me around 8 hours battery back up, I am just disappointed with the audio part, I am a music lover, after seeing the Dolby audio in this phone I bought this mobile, but what I say it is quite far from what I expected it to be, it is a junk for a music lover, apart from that everything is cool

Faiz, 22 Mar 2018i was bought HTC desire830 before 3 month . but my issue a... morego and replace your device, it is device fault... after changing battery or factory reset will not solve the issue. get any replacement device expect desire 830

i was bought HTC desire830 before 3 month . but my issue automatic switch off . I very disappointed I really very confused . I visit all repairing store shop and service canter but issue not resolve very bad experience. please not purchased agene anyone

I bought about 13 month ago after 6 months..i faced problems with battery very fast dry and camera shaking image become blur. very disappointed

I bought it in September 2016, 2 months later the same issues started happening, I took it back for the company guarantee. they changed the "mother board" and returned it back to me, two months later, again the same problems. A stupid company with stupid phones, I will never buy its phones again or recommend it to anyone.
