i own a Hero and all i can say is that this fone is diffinitely not a hero

i think this phone is not like hero.. i love the hero.. i have never owned it but my friend have one, and its a quick phone if you think about it when it came out.. and if it should be a hero s it should be a 3,2" screen

This is not a new Hero, this is another HD2/DHD/HD7-like HTC. The closest to new Hero is HTC Legend.

There are lots of disappointments here. The CPU/GPU is mediocre. 4GB is weak too. Overall, this phone isn't worthy of Hero name.
Please bring Hero HD!!!
