It is nice to see a new HTC phone after some time they where absent. If they should have added a telephoto camera it would have been a bigger hit in my opinion. I mean the cheap Xiaomi K30 Pro Zoom Edition have 3x optical zoom, at a nice price though, so it is possible.
By the way if this is called U20, maybe there will be U20 Ultra with better specs later this year.
One thing I really hate is the size of the phone, at 171 mm it is too big for my taste(huge bezels are to blame).

HTC has got to stop inflating the price of their phones. Brands like Huawei, Xiaomi, umdigi, blackview create even better phones and they do not cost as much as this. If they do really wish to get back to smartphone market they really have to think that some of us cannot afford this phones.

It is good to see HTC back in the game! If they should have put a telephoto camera on it would be even better. There are other cheap phones as well.

I thought htc is going to break the jinx but apparently it came short. The camera setup is terrible n no wifi 6. Playing catch up instead.

Thank God Htc took a step to run with tech world, after a long time i have seen an upgraded and modern device by them, now the sales are depended on its price, bcz a lot of options out there with same specs in market with midrange prices.. Anyways, overall a good move 👍🏻
