Tap power button and volupe up at the same time and when the phone starts to vibrate drop the power button and keep hold down the volume for 2 seconds.
The following menu got a lot of stuff but choose to either reset everything or save some data if you wanna save i. Remember to press Volume Up as (Okay). Took me a while to realise.

I cannot get this to open. My son had it before he passed away, I've charged it, and it's showing a black screen with just the HUAWEI icon on the screen. I can't get anything to open?

And I didn't connect to data pls fickssettings >wireless &networks more >mobile networks > access point names > click on operator / sim name or code > you will see black screen tap on bottom right touch button( three small lines ) > touch on New APN > a details screen appears, give name as internet APN as Internet then touch on bottom right touch button click save. now new APN created. this can be used for any cellular operator.

if you are used only one operator's sim of above said type , in this phone ,
you will not find any APN.

This phone is really bad. No camera fokus, no flash light, only 4gb and 512gb ram. I cant give you a reference

Love the phone. good value for money. BUT i cant get 'talk back' feature to go off. I cant scroll the screen to get to Apps Manager as screen is frozen. Any rescuers able to help?

i am using my for 4 years now and I am happy with it but it doesn't have a flash light
that sucks but for the price it is a good phone

The first sim slot of the phone is for 3g and 2g edge + GPRS .This is the fastest internet sim slot.
The second sim slot is for 2g likely GPRS .
2g in first sim slot is faster than 2g of second sim slot.
some networks will not automatically make or set access point.
go to settings > wireless & network > more > mobile network > access point name > options create new access point give, name
Internet, APN Internet, APN type default, then save it. return to home screen.
Internet will start after some second.
