I used Huawei S7 Tablet model: S7-101 but whenever I put it on it does not open for use.my batteries ar OK,my charging point is working perfectly but the Tablet is not working it does not open just making a circle of light around as if it's loading.pls what can I do or can I send it to factory for repair.

i have ideos s7 slim i was using it then i left for about 3weeks wen i wanted to use again it says enter in fastboot them press beck n enter again to reeboot the phone what shall i do now
