Availability of QHD+ AMOLED panels for Huawei P30 and other flagship series.
According to digitimes.com (1-24-2019):
"BOE will manage to lower the unit production cost of its 6.39-inch QHD+ AMOLED panels to US$80 in the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to US$60 seen at Samsung Display. The production costs of the two companies will approach to even in the first quarter of 2019, with prospects of seeing BOE's production cost to become lower than that at Samsung Display by the end of 2019."

According to the rumors from Honor and Huawei, 5G smartphones are technically fully ready. The first wave of Honor and Huawei 5G phones may come as early as March.

Huawei may use a new cpu Kirin985 for P30. (It will be ready for 5G.) When Huawei introduces Kirin990 in mid-year 2019, it will again decimate SD855. Wait for that.

Kirin980 is way ahead of SD845 in tests conducted by many sites, ~30% better or more for most categories. Google the internet for such results. In terms of AI benchmarks, Kirin980 is 1000% better than SD845, its like 2200+ vs 200+, not even remotely close. In short, Kirin980 decimated SD845.

poor 40mp combine by low quality leica optics. just use a good optics huawei use a mature and well trusted optics/imaging. look at your 40mp captures its very close to painting outputs

Everybody who is accusing Huawei of spying and criminial either lives in a cave/under a stone of Patrick star for like 10 years or nationalist.
Xiaomi, ZTE, Lenovo (Motorola) and Huawei were accused of using spyware in 2015 already. So everyone with any Huawei till now is being spied already.
On the otherhand, is it such a big risk?
If Huawei would hack bridges and full goverment systems, it would be suicide for them because there is an Huawei in every part of the world. Everyone would ban them phones and tech. Then the company is... gone.
To me it seems like an US - China war in products and accusations.
I'm not an Huawei fan (proof for you: i bought an iPhone XR 128GB yesterday) but all those accusations are getting out of hand now. Rape here, spyware there. Most people don't know the history of those accusations and therefor if they're true or not.
