Very useful and reliable low-end device.
I used it since 2013 and hadn't face seroius
problem.
Just two things that I want to know-
(1)Why doesn't google playstore app work in
this device?
(2)Why does the facebook slow and sometime
stop suddenly?

This is a very very bad fone.
Touch is not working sometime.
Internet not working sometime.
Memory card not working sometime.
Please don't buy this. Lost youre money.

I have just converted my ascend y320 from jellybean to lollipop. However, its telling me that my sim slot is permanently blocked. How can i get my sim card to work back but still have on my lollipop operating system? Someone please tell me!!!

My phone is becoming slow and it's not working properly. What will I do? It's coming too much Advertisement. How to avoid advertisement and how to diagnose it. I reboot several times but again and again its showing Advertisement. Please assist me.

When I put photos in some contacts and switch off the phone, they get erased in a way I can't explain. Some contacts get erased as well. So, what should I do to rectify that problem?
