Here on its arguably contains a dual sim but I once bought a very same model(a genuine one) which was a single sim
What could be the reason for that?

Not a bad piece of equipment, however, it has its shortfalls.
I have a hearing impairment, so use hearing aids, which are supposed to link to the smartphone via direct audio streaming, so as when calls are received, the hearing aids work as bluetooth pods. Unfortunately, the psmart 2021 does not offer direct audio streaming, does not support google play services (which is required to run the hearing aids) so when the phone rings, I have to remove the hearing aid to answer the call. This is all time consuming, and if I drop that hearing aid, and it gets damaged, it costs more than 10 times more than the phone. This was my first Huawei, but unfortunately, also my last! Time to return to Samsung or Iphone.

The most App's that cannot be loaded in the Huawei Market can be loaded via Internet Browser as APK or similar (i use Firefox and Googlesearch). The only one i found, that cannot work on this phone is the Waze navigation, because Google services are not working on this phone. On this phone are not so many preinstalled unusefull Apps as by other phones (Samsung and Co.). File can be moved up and down between phone and computers (mine are Win 7-10) directly via USB cable.
And the dual card working good, the SDXC card (i use 128 GB) too. The SD card is not shared, you can have 2 SIM cards AND SD card in the same time. Fingerprint sensor integrated in the power switch working fine. Use 2 years without problems.

i have been using the phone since 2021, and its still working perfectly battery can still last a full day ,if fully charged.

Main camera not good. Selfie camera is worse. Has a good battery. Privacy is good. App gallery is boring. This phone should just be removed from the market

My biggest problem with this phone is that whenever I upload a DP or post a status on WhatsApp the photo loses it quality and looks really horrible specifically photos taking with Huawei p smart 2021

The phone is very bad to be honest, my power button is extremely hot, I can't use it anymore, and I'm still on contract which ends on June. I took it back to them, they said is my fault.
I wonder what did I do... Hauwei company is not fair.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase Psmart 2021, is a very bad phone.
