I used this phone for almost 2 years and it was one of best phone I ever had. it was my second phone and then I went to a V975 in 2005

This is an absolute goergous phone. I had this phone about 3 years, it is still working fine and no doubt performance. I am very happy with this Model. I believe its all in the hands of the user. Depents on how they use it. Thank you Motorola. It is a successfull edition.CHEERS!

this phone was not good at all. within no time of having it, did the sound go. at times it use to freeze and the battery needed to charge every day and everytime it rang.

The battery life in this phone is horrible. It has no colour, etc. It's better than nothing though..don buy this phone.

I bougth my phone in December 2003, I'd a small problem with it, abouth 1 year later, but it was quickly resolved. I still owne it, and i very happy with it.

i can honestly say this is the worst phone i could have got. The battery wouldn't even last for 1 phone call and the sound went after having it for 1 month but thankfully rogers customer service was very helpful...

This phone is kinda shitty, I have used it for more than a year without too many problems but just recently when i added voice mail and caller id the battery starts to fail. It lasts about a day when i leave it charging all night. Right now i'm going to try and drain the battery all the way and then charge it all the way to try and reduce the memory of the battery. Also i noticed that when i plug it in to charge it will sometimes say charge complete and then as soon as i unplugf the phone from the charger it goes down to two bars instead of three so i plug it in again and it will charge for another hour untill it does the same thing. I'll try draining the hell out of it and then charging the hell out of it and see what happens.

This is a really bad phone. it has a very very bad battery life. I had to change the phone wit tmobile about 6 times before they told me that there was something wrong with the software and were willing to give me a replacement

I just bought this, and the next day do not receive charge, I goes to shop and they says me don´t worry, no problem. I´m stand by because i don´t have a phone that in new are troubleshooting...

I just had to add my 2 cents worth: I am going back to Nokia. Their battery certainly lasts longer. After less than 7 mths with the Motorola C332, the battery life perfoms badly, even after all night of charging. I feel like I got a lemon.I certainly would not advise anyone to buy ANY Motorola products again!And guess what? My provider does not repair those phones and nor do they sell them anymore.

I spoke with Motorola and the customer service representative said there is a software problem that causes the battery to overcharge, and this shortens the life. When they replace the batter at a service center, they are supposed to upgrade the software as well. Of course, this was after the warranty expired and would be at my expense. I love the features of the phone, but the battery life is a big problem.
