I've used this phone for 2 years, it was great when I first got it but now it's dying on me, would recommend for a first/2nd phone that you won't be using for an extremely long time. (>5 years)

Avoid buying Motorola E20. This phone runs Android Go, which is a stripped down version. Some regular android apps arent available or compatible. Connections laggy and network drops often from 4G to 3G. Sometimes freezes. Or doesnt work- restart required. Its good for basic stuff like messaging and email. Camera is horrible low quality, pics have an orange tint and low light is bad. The only advantage is price and battery. It lasts like 2 days average. Buy only if u need a cheap phone, otherwise you might regret it.....

Thankyou so much for giving an opportunity to write a review about this phone.
It's worse phone ever. My fb, Instagram and tick tock is not working on this device. They opened on ipad, laptop but noy on this piece of crap. Motorola is worst company. I have wasted my money on buying Motorola e20 from sale.
Will go for Samsung even if it's expensive but worth it.

Raven, 15 Nov 2022It does even without replacement I'm getting a new pho... moreOmg I love Motorola phones and I have the e20 because the RAZR I had where I live people kept trying to steal it so I had to part with it and the break ins stopped BUT it's only 32 I/mem and I have 6 or 7 HUGE games plus apps and it's still good BUT for you to reply to yourself moaning about Motorola for something that wasn't their fault is wrong YOU SHOULD BE COMPLAINING TO CURRY'S if that happened to me I would've refused to buy that specific phone and ask for the manager because dropping the phone weakens it every time and a fall from someone standing could well have caused the faults you mentioned but to get 2 people called raven having the same experience as the other is the same odds as someone playing lottery for the first time and winning the jackpot the first time of playing it's a million to one so you should be annoyed with yourself for not saying anything when you bought your phone but also at Curry's too NOT Motorola....so sad you would've gotten another phone and most likely discounted and extras tut tut

Excellent device, good fluidity, excellent battery life and a very good main camera for its price. The downside is its weak, unstable Wi-Fi and its front camera looks somewhat pixelated. Besides, I have not received any security patch other than April 2022 that arrived in June by the way xD

Raven, 15 Nov 2022I got this phone from Currys the workers were horrible they... moreyes curry workers were horrible and dropped mine to i agree about the camra wobling in the back it removes my apps im getin the samsung galaxy m13 for my brithday it broke after a moth the motorola wont turn on it takes 1-2 hours tried returning it and was told im not aloud now this was the currys in filey or scarbrough as i was on holiday dont mind my spelling lol

I got this phone from Currys the workers were horrible they dropped my phone and didn't replace it everyone if u touch the camera at the back u can see it feels faulty my brother's did to this phone is good for its cost you can complain about a cheap phone but it's not even usible and this point it's laggy the screen is laggy to its ever been on a phone I'm getting a new one for Christmas warning (DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE )

I had to replace my old phone because of charging issues and I opted for this model. I want a simple phone that does what I need it to do (not much)
I have a Galaxy smart watch but I cannot load the Galaxy apps onto the phone. I have asked support for help but they haven't got back to me.
At the moment I am wishing I hadn't bought this make

A great budget friendly phone . Personally I find no need for expensive smartphones, I had a few iPhones in the past and many android phones that were cheaper. But for me I've learned if it does wha to require well enough then it's not worth paying out for a more expensive phone.
