This phone is hot garbage. Its like the old PCs in the 386 days when Windows was still a kludgey work in progress. Music on the music player stops playing randomly, youtube videos and music often times change volume up or down randomly, sometimes music stutters (as though the CPU is overloaded and giving preference to other processes), the camera freezes all.the.time., minimizing apps doesn't work right.... There are so many little "quirks" to list, I would have to keep a notepad with me and write them all down over the course of a week. This phone is less than a month old, bought new, and I already miss my S8, which is older than dirt but ran far faster and more reliably. Not a fan of this Motorola. Not at all.

My phone randomly decided to change the screen grid size from 5×6 to 4×5. I can't figure out how to change the grid size back to 5×6

Ordering through Visible's website was not as simple as one would think, but with the help of two of their cust service folks, I was able to purchase the Moto One 5g UW Ace on sale for $90US. It arrived the next day via FedEx and has been fantastic. I did add a new microSDXC card for photos and stuff and since the Visible version only comes with a USB A to USB C cable and does not come with a charger, I'm using my Lumia 950XLs 15 watt charger, which is working great. This phone performs much better on the Visible/Verizon network than my old ZTE, and while I don't have 5g service at home yet, it does switch to 5g without issue while driving.

I definitely recommend this phone, especially if you can get it on sale. :)

Pretty decent phone but you should buy it from the Motorola website and not through Visible. If you go by the specs on the Visible store and go to the link they provide for you to see more in depth specs on the Motorola website you will find the phone they refer you to is a 6Gb phone and the one you will get from Visible is only a 4Gb phone. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and get it straight from Motorola for better specs. I wish I would have been a little more more diligent before I bought mine from Visible and got suckered.

Terrible Battery/Weight and Battery/Size ratios. And without a doubt it's because of the mmWave antennas.

This really proves that mmWave isn't worth it, and that the industry is only really pushing it because they desperately hope that people find some use for it that makes them more reliant on smartphones and broadband.

I hope brands keep making 5G phones without mmWave until battery tech catches up and until some use case for mmWave that is actually compelling pops up. Otherwise, nah, thanks, I'll take a phone that is either lighter or has more battery.
