This is enough embodiment of how Samsung wasn't really doing good in low-end or midrange devices back then. Subpar performance for its time, with nothing to expect for longevity, due to lack of updates. Very lackluster as compared to some devices of its price range, just modest.
Personally though, it works fine for me even for almost seven years for basic to usual tasks like browsing, watching YouTube and your occasional light gaming, just don't expect it to do heavy stuff.

This phone are actually good few days after its release, because the phone was compact and very cheap. but then people complaining that the phone was hot, bootlooping after gaming, and very low durability (same as house window). Now some people still on Samsung, others are switched to Chinese and local phone. Now I'm like samsung (not a fan) but I hate the j and f series, it sucks.

After 6 years of having this phone, I have finally replaced the battery. It still runs smooth and I deleted most of the apps to free up space. Best I can use this is for watching youtube and playing youtube music.
