Samsung Galaxy W - User opinions and reviews

Would love a W! Finally, a real phablet! Why are American carriers so reluctant to carry big cell phones? Obviously people really want them.I see more and more people using the Samsung Mega and if Apple was making a bigger phone than the 6+, it would be a huge success. The argument that big phones don't fit in pants pocket is the wrong argument. If people really want to put their phone in their pocket they buy a small phone but most of people men and women, carry bags where they put their phones and tablets in.

What vs of Android use your W?
Do you have options of Call Forwarding on Settings? On my W not show and need it to move my sim to another smartphone to disable a number on call forwarding :(

I came from a Mega 6.3 to this Model. Nice 7' Display & it can pretty much do all the basic functions of an Andriod Phone. I loaded it up with Movies in the 64GB SD Card i installed & its the perfect size to watch em when im out and about. LTE Capable as well as all other Data Speeds available. Cant wait for the updated model when or if it comes out. So far its the perfect model for me coz you dont have to lug around a seperate Tablet!!!

Yes, i have it and is fabulous :) Is like Mega but bigger! Still, little than a 7.0 tablet.Is a perfect combination between a smartphone and a tablet.With bluetooth car or headphones is perfect, no need to holding in your hand.Of course, not to put in pocket of your jeans only if you have LARGE jeans…About performance is like Mega 6.3, a litlle more powerfull thanks to quad-core and good memory ram 1.5(1.3 visible).Run more games like RealRacing3 or Asphalt or NFS and Leo Fortune and runs great and smoothly.Have NFC and 4G LTE.Surfing on the net without lag or crash.Is a great phablet, still a little bit than 7.0inch were amazing…6.5 or 6.6…but is ok for those who need a tablet and don’t want another smartphone.Battery keep GREAT, about 3days if you don't use games or 3g/4g internet, only a few short calls and 1 day if you play 3-4h of games and surf net, bluetooth activate,etc...and this is great,i just used it until the evening after a full day.
Still a BIG minus…have TFT screen display :( Is not that bad, colors and contrast are ok, HD 720p is ok but…not compare with amoled or ips or even s-lcd like on Mega.
I really love this phablet and i gave it 9points/10.With a full hd display amoled or s-lcd would have been a blow in the markets…

Whaaat.. is that a 7 ' phablet? I have a 6' 3 Galaxy Mega and that's a little too big in my pocket. I have problems with the phone switching off and the volume button with the phone in my pocket. Would be nice to see a 5'8 phone with Kitkat and a camera over 10 megapixels :)
