I used it. I am not satisfied with it. Its speed is slow. Heating problem is there. Ghost screen big problem.
I was not excepting such negative things from reputed company, SONY.

This phone has worked well for me,no touchscreen issues or camera problems. I've had it for almost two years and if it stops tomorrow,I got my money's worth.

Had this phone c4 for about 2 years. Stopped getting network. seems dead on network. Tried reset many times but didn't work. very frustrating. I think they stopped updating the phone to force you buy a new one. sorry won't come back to buy your bad phones.

Finally the worst phones ever i used wastee dissapointed sonyyy friends dont ever buy this phone

I'm a faithful user of sony products, till I bought SONY C4. bearly 6 month, the screen is a ghost worker. just Making my life a living hell. So many people have complained as per the reviews. Let's say the phone was a health Hazard to our health , how many people would have died? anyway, wish they could refunds us or give us different phones. in other news. i'm done with Sony phones.

worst phone ever!! given the fact that it has a beautiful camera. but urhgg! i already brought it to their service center twice. first defect is the touch screen ghost. second one is the camera lens that misaligned to its spot. causing to have black shadow to my front cam. after 13 months here we go again, the touch screen didn't work again and the worst part is i need to pay for repair because it was out of warranty. maybe i should go back using samsung. ;( you disappointed me sony!

At first this phone was good because of the performance with games and with the camera dept. But after a year and a half of using it. The screen started to act up with the GHOST TOUCH ISSUE which seems to be known issue by this unit. And the issue is not just here in our country which is the Philippines but its all over the world. And sony is not even doing anything to fix it. Actually there is no fix at all. I already replaced the LCD with a new one but after a 2 months it happened again. The phone has never been dropped, not even once. The only resolution for the phone is to have it replaced and sony should take responsibility for this. Its okay if I will just add up cash for a new one but please have it replace with a new model doesnt matter which model it is as long as its not the C4. The model matches what needs to be done with it. Have it explode using a C4!!!!

I love Sony products. most specially my Sony Xperia C4. But after a year using it. its start to hung. my touch screen is defective, so hard to detect. tried to restore factory setting. yes it works. but a month after... booooooom... again and again..

I'm such a big fan of Sony Experia C4...I spend a lot of money just to buy this phone, but it turned out to be the worst phone I ever had. I've been using it for almost 2 years and suddenly the touchscreen problem occur, so useless. I went to some service center and still get the same problem they can't fix it. I lost all my files and the memories I've been keeping in my sony experia c4. I am really frustrated and disappointed. I hope I hope Sony will do something about this problem.
