Its not as good as i expected.....the bluetooth could have been better....and without Wifi...its just like a normal smatphone.....nothing special in it...

    compare with i-mate PDAL, i-mate JAMA is not the best one. Cause, in PDAL there is EDGE, but in JAMA hasn't. The only quality thing of JAMA is the processor which is 300MHz. So i think the i-mate PDAL is better one than i-mate JAMA.

      this is a great phone considering the low low price tag, its entry level so i guess GPRS has to do, there is also a rumoured HSDPA unit coming out soon. love the phone does everything like a high end PDA will.

        I bought it last evening. It's a cool PDA win phone.

          Hi, I take my comments back. And I bought it this evening. It has nice compact design. No wifi is ok. But only I really miss EDGE.

            what is this... it seems like imate have some wishfull thinking. after coming up with the impossible idea of the five ultimate phones since febraury, they found out that it is impossible to accomplish, so they went back to what could be possible.. that is this phone..???? imate. place go back and concentrate first to come up with the ultimate line...

                It is available in our mkt. It is expensive of Rs. 22,000.00 and above all it is not have an EDGE which is faster than GPRS(what a pity). I had a plan to buy it but not now.

                  reason for this phone not having WM 6.0 is the fact that it will be an "entry level" smartphone available to the community at large. The phone has no greater internet connection than GPRS which is slightly idiotic, but there are rumours in the pipeline of another entry with edge.

                      Bluetooh & usb connectivity could have been better. Overall, it seems ok just like a normal smartphone.

                        I dunno how they can say it's coming soon. Just today i saw it at a local shop here in PAKISTAN where things come like 4 months after they're usually launched. And it was cheap and going second hand / used.
