GPS is worst. Navigation is not proper . It takes about 2 mins to relocate your location while driving.

Hello friend don't buy this mobile because this mobile is faltu .I buy it but after 2 month it was dead I send this mobile device to service center after 2 month when they returned to me I found that the device does not support sim.this phone has heat issue and many problem

I do not know if Intex Aqua Speed is a good phone or not, in my opinion Intex itself needs to do a rethink about its service setup. For instance in Kolkata their website states about an address where the service centre is supposed to be, that location is closed, with no forwarding address. After local enquiries I got to know the new address. On reaching that location there was no name / address but one lone person was doing some work and she informed that the franchisee does not deal in the business anymore and the new franchisee is Mega international at another address. Finally I got through to that address after nearly spending 2 hours to locate a location which was just 10 minutes from the starting point. Now the next ordeal started, a huge crowd is there in front of 2 people, who are screaming out there lungs at the customers (all the people feel that they have sinned somewhere to be at the place!) and when my turn comes to approach the person the first scream I get is have you written your name? Again you have to vacate this queue to appear in front of another harried service person, who might oblige you by writing your name or wait for that person to complete their multitasking. After all we are customers who did not take the pain of visiting service centre before investing on their product! Mind you there is a big poster in front of their counter about the famous saying by Mahatma Gandhi! By the time I have completed relating the problem on my phone I realise I have already spent 45 minutes from the time of entry in their premises to getting a job ticket. Now the person at the desk would be kind enough to grace you with their vision to tell you what exactly is the problem and tell what is the expected turn around time after waiting on them for more than an hour or so, in between they might even find time to go for lunch/ or atleast gossip, for you as a customer is important to them to wait in their premises, and if you are worried about completing your personal work elsewhere you can go and again come back to spend those 45-50 mins which I stated in the beginning. If you have given your handset they can conjure up myriads of reasons for not getting your work done in the expected TAT! I really do not know if the sales people at Kolkata Intex or even their HO would read this, but even railways, municipality offices - where you pay your taxes, all sarkari offices have introduced token system and customer management system with great success, and you do not get the feeling that you are one of those lesser beings on this earth.

I use it it is good phone
When i roote this phone it work perfectly some issues of battery backu otherwise this is better phone at this price

I m already using this phone but i m not satisfied with the battery and my battery also in warranty period but customer services not support goodly . They have not responsibility to how to manage customer. They are providing service as like road chap customer and also not well speak with customer. I am not satisfied this phone when I play or using inter and longer call meas just 15 minits phone was very heat just like

Phone is to good and fast, no hang etc. But battery backup is very low and software problem in lolipop version.sometimes it shows unfortunately camera has stopped or setting has stopped.

This is a nice phone. No lag no heating issue. Only camera quality is little low.
