iPhone 8, Galaxy S8, LG G6, and Moto Z Force are free (with trade-in) at US Cellular this Black Friday

US Cellular has unveiled its Black Friday promotion today, and it's pretty good. It will run from November 22 to November 27, so you have ample time to decide if it's interesting to you.

During this time, the carrier is making the iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6, and Moto Z Force free - if you trade-in an eligible device and opt for an unlimited plan (these start at $40 per line per month for four lines). You'll be able to take advantage of the deal on US Cellular's website or in stores.

Apple iPhone 8

The smartphones that you can trade-in are the iPhone 6 or Galaxy S6 or better, or an LG G6, V20, or V30. Your trade-in has to be in working condition and undamaged. The new handset you get will be 'free' through monthly bill credits - you will need to grab it with a 30-month installment plan. You will also receive a $100 US Cellular promo card.

If you don't want to trade-in an existing phone (or don't have one that's eligible), you can still purchase the aforementioned high-end handsets at a discount. In this case, you will pay $10 per month for each, over the course of a 30-month installment plan.

The carrier has prepared deals for other products too, including $50 off Google Home, 30% off the LG Tone family, and 30% off Parrot drones. Additionally, if you buy accessories worth at least $120 you can pay for them on your bill in 12 monthly installments, with $0 down and no interest.

So you're required to give them your phone in order to get a new one which is supposed to be free but you're actually most likely gonna pay for it anyway with the monthly plan you're gonna get tied to for the next two years.
