I have purchased this phone 2 months back. The plastic used for back is of worst quality.
The cover has started disintegrating and you can see the cracks propagating through the back cover although I am using this phone very carefully.
The specification and working of this mobile is satisfactory.

The most worst phone I ever purchased disadvantages - can't play full HD videos,video recording sucks,sound quality in any headphone sucks besides this it's hard to find an compatible headphones for this shit.Apart from this the worst service ever 4 months ago I submitted my phone for display problem and they returned my phone after 55 days with other problems and guess what I'm still facing that problem after whole long fucking period very very bad phone of all time.

well guys i am a samsung phone user i thot samsung was the best but i picked up this karbonn s5 it is a great wonderful smartphone great performance wonderful response well i agree battery is not good but f***
battery u guys have portable chargers now...all my frns have picked up this phone and they love it ..everythin abt it is good ..

worst battery but good handset, wonderful stability in all sorts of activities. Battery seems 200mah instead of 2000 mah.

Please don't buy this mobile.. This mobile is worst than china handsets.. Battert will get drained in no time.. Mobile will become extremely hot while speaking.. Contacts are getting changes automatically and mobile will restart by its own.. Please do not waste the money like me by buying this NASTY product from the So called brand which is never bothered about customer experience after sale..

Don't buy this mobile. Very worst mobile and VERY BAD services in Tamilnadu. After getting problem this mobile more than two month we can't receive mobile from the service center as well as worst feedback from their end.

i purchased n within a month got off sent to the company ,,it returned after 2 months!!!!
