I found that if... moreI have the same battery problem...during recharging you cannt use the tablet as it loses its charges until switching off even. It is a defect. I purchased it 2 days back. I replaced the tablet with another piece a7600 and still testing it.

I purchased this model A7600 few days back. I found that if you use the tablet during the battery charging, the battery can not charge. You need to keep without use until full battery charging. I think this is a defect either in my piece or it is a general scheme in A7600.
