I still like the phone but worse happened to me. The phone shurt down on 15/04/2013 a few month after buying it September 2913. Toik it for checkup annnd the problem was a defect error from the manufacturer. To correct the issue I was to incurr double the price I had bout the gadget at an LG centre in Nairobi Kenya. I need to replace the mother board. Any help?.

My lg a290 when I on it it will just stay on the lg display without going to the main icon and sometimes it wI'll write that task is terminated to stabilise system what can I do

It's not unique. The Explay B240 already had triple SIM and was released earlier. (I know Explay is Russia only but still!)

I will be very grateful if you help me out just to get my contacts out of the phone.
Since it keeps restarting/freezing i can't manage to extract the contacts in every way like bluetooth sending them, connecting the phone to pc to extract , etc etc....
Please help me i only want my contacts i don't need the phone

Have been using this phone for 3 years now. With 2 some times with 3 sim cards at the same time. The phone is absolute powerhorse, never led me down. Good reception no crash. Battery lasts for days.

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2014This is raed I buy this phone since year ago but now the sc... moreI can confirm this crash: right after warranty was void, the phone crashed into an unresponsive white screen upon startup when a SIM was inserted into any SIM slot. I suspect the crash had been built in.
