hello I'm having issue with my lg g8 verizon model, when someone calls me it doesn't ring just vibrating. its already on sound mode not silent or vibrate and the volume is maxed out pls help

I'm using Korean version and already have updated to Android 12. But the latest update i had was in September 2022, and not getting any updates since then.

Hotsuma, 12 Nov 2022I have the LG G8 ThinQ (G820TM) T-Mobille variant in the US... morehow do you get wifi calling to work everytime i press the icon nothing happens and if I go thru developer options its greyed out and wont let me enable it i have lm-g820tm as well with android 12, is yours on 12 as well? and have you noticed that every 4 hours if you dont use it it wont allow you to unlock using fingerprint and says device was locked manually? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Going thru dev options i cant change BT codec to aptx and wifi calling is greyed out as well( my provider supports it)

It is not upgradeable to any version of Android beyond Android 10.
You would have to purchase a newer phone in order to have the latest OS.

I purchased this beautiful LG g8 thinq in my country Paraguay and I cannot update to the android 12 version, I bought it used in impeccable condition, it came only with Android 10 and could no longer receive updates to android 12 or security patches, the phone it's from at&t and could someone help me update? or give me some advice?
