Kedi, 09 Dec 2021I had this phone since early 2018, and it has been an honor... moreThanks for this info. It helped me a lot to decide whether to buy an old stock (storeroom display) or not. I was looking for a secondary phone to replace my old Lenovo A-606 from 2012 has finally been retired. Honestly, my A606 has served its lifetime in full. I may have to look for another replacement. Be blessed.

I had this phone since early 2018, and it has been an honor to have this phone. It survived this whole time, but now I had to retire it as it was having battery issues.
Overall, it was "enough" for its time, but my biggest complaints about it for today's (2021-22) age is the following:
    - 8 GB storage, which only 4 GB is really usable, and pre-installed apps dominate this space, allowing only 3 big apps installed at best (Before, I balanced it to have older versions of Youtube, Discord, FB Lite, and Messenger. Now I can only use slightly updated Messenger, FB Lite, and Youtube). This is hard for a person that only wants to use one phone for all work needs (Viber, Car Booking Apps).
    - The camera is super mediocre, so do not expect any good pictures or videos out of it, but I guess it "works" for taking low detailed pictures. Videos specifically have a problem with framerate, with Messenger having a hard time recording any useable footage.
    - Battery right now drains super quickly, with the battery lasting half a day if you even dare use any apps like Youtube. It also has a weird glitch where it reaches 30% then it will dead bat. But do note that this battery life is after all these years.
    - Overall durability is good. I don't know why, I have dropped this phone many times and only the tempered glass I installed had cracked. Sometimes the back and the battery falls out when I drop the phone, but I slap it all back in and it's fine afterwards.
    - The thing slows down if you don't leave enough internal storage as well.
    - I played Minecraft on this before when it was brand new, and it heats up really quickly (but it worked I guess?). Overall, it will heat up badly if you leave it on for too long (E.g. Video calling).

I would say this phone is not worth it for today's apps' demanding storage space alone, but it had served me for so long, I had to leave this review.

That pixel density reminds me of like 2006 or 2007

I own this phone from textcom and I had an G2 before and it was a great phone until I lost Wifi. This phone comes with 6.01 Marshmallow and it's not too bad at all.I prefer the 5.1.1 since you can scroll all the way down the page in settings rather than tabs.Tabs are annoying.5.1.1 is faster than 6.01.This phone need a SD micro card because it seems to take 4.67 GB when my Apps are 2GB and have 1GB left. This LG K7 8GB is my 2nd smartphone and see how it needs now at least 16GB or invest in a SD Micro Card.Getting Wifi on this phone was easy and it runs my chromecast and netflix.Battery life is a little faster draining than the 5.1.1.Screen is vibrant.Runs cool most of the time.Got it under $50 and worth it.
