don't think anyone is gonna read this in 2022 but I broke my LG G8 ThinQ and used this as a temporary phone until I got my pixel 2 I mean I don't think anyone is gonna be using this is 2022 but basically all Google apps can't update to their most recent version so you'll find yourself watching 480p videos on a browser and also doesn't take nano sim I mostly used it for Instagram chat (Instagram wasn't the lastest Version) and listening to music off my 64GB Micro SD card Camara is surprisingly decent

It's pretty good, i have had it for six months now and my only issue is the memory space. The 1.3GB that is available is trully disturbing and i had to keep deleting thins, but i bought a 32GB microSD card and it helped, but the sortage of memory is a huge problem on this phone. Except that i'm totally satisfeid by this phone, the camera is fine and it's kind of fast. I totally recommend it for people who want a phone for casual use and use simple apps like messenger, instagram and snapchat, and in that case a memory card of 2GB at least should be extremely helpful for the storage problem... `

You would need to find a carrier that uses GSM as their standard.
Then you would have to have your device unlocked, if it isn't already. Then their SIM card should work.

This phone is a piece of crap! Don't get it! It has hardly any memory, I kept having to delete things on it because it kept telling me the storage space was full. And then it wants me to update multiple times a day, which is really annoying to have pop up on your screen, but with no memory, you don't have enough for the update. Absolutely NOT worth the money or the aggravation. Save your self!

Good phone, used for several years. Only drawback is relatively small in-built storage. But with a generous microSD card, it's no problem.
Now it can be had for very little 2nd hand. Good if you are budget conscious but still want a good Android smartphone.

Hi i'm from Colombia, got this ph from mercadolibre unlocked and currently using it with Tigo carriers.
I've been more than 2 years with ph and is such a pretty ph for his low price.
I wish to had more memory to install biggest games like the Asphalt 8 one but i can't even download it.
If some one knows how to use some of the SD memory for apps and how to upgrade it KK version i will be happy

I do this about everyday now and ive save a little over half the space now! And i don't have to uninstall any apps!!

Not a fan of this phone - It's crippled by its lack of internal storage. Within a month I had warnings about full storage, and they haven't stopped since. Tried deleting as much as possible, used link2SD etc but impossible to fix this issue. If they'd only provided a few more gigs of internal storage it would be fine.

I've got this phone but i've 2 issues with it.
1 I have not been able to upgrade to kikat version
2 The internal capacity of memory does not allow me some game a want to play on it such as Asphalt 8 since i cannot switch the apps to Micro Sd Card
If some one could help me with those issues i'll be glad
It is a Good phones after all

bmb, 15 Dec 2014Iv had tjis phone since may 2014 for the first few months i... moreI snagged this phone off a family member for $40. The first thing i did was root it. Prior to the root it was very very slow. A quick root access grant to Clean Master, and I was able to get rid of bloatware and stop auto starting apps. I'm much more satisfied after the root. Only took 30 mins and that included the acrivation call to MetroPCS. Cheers

Lots of F3 I saw or almost all are T Mobile - Virgin Moblie - Boost Mobile, It is possible buy a TOTALLY free one ? I mean buy the sim from whatever country and use it

Most updates are dependant on the carrier ie. tmobile,att ect...
