The LG L2ii appears to have pretty much the exact same specs as the L3ii but nevertheless is a decent phone. It is obviously very budget and the phone design including the actual screen is all plastic. The touchscreen operates fairly responsibly and phone isn't an awfully slow general operation. The battery life is very impressive and for 3 mega pixel the camera is very serviceable. The phone is scuff prone but is seemingly infinitely drop proof and phone which easily handles being dropped and thrown around very frequently. A drop in the toilet caused the phone to die completely for over 5 days after which time it began working again with no problem expect a non working volume button.

I am using my optumus e435e from dec 2013,I had on sd card 16 gb some downlaoded apps ,no problem,you need to download an lg manual,as i did,on lg site .

Regarding cameras Do not consider only the resolution pixels to be up,
the materials also play a role in the quality of the lens used.(optical factor vs digital factor)
I tried a 5 MP camera in a samsung smartphone,
the photo was bad compared to a nokia 6600 camera 0.3 MP

Here in Brazil it is sold as "L3 II Dual", anyway, bought it to my mom, that is new to android phones and we are both satisfied, cheap (paid 305R$ - about U$ 130, unlocked), rigid construction (no spaces between battery cover and device), easy to use and has good dimensions. It would be a 5 star if it had a higher resolution screen.

Go for LG. The Samsung is a 2-G only and has 2MP camera in comparison to 3.15MP camera of LG.
