I have heard something about Android Lollipop 5.0.2. Is that true ? Some guy claims,that he installed fully working system with whole gaps package.

zac, 03 May 2015can u please help me out .... i have failed to unlock bootl... moreyou need to install super user from google play then minostry , and poot all 3 apps , minostry will au o run and then move su to sbin last open poot and it cud require sum files from sbin grate access allow poot to download thousands file but all are less than 5 mb , for more info email douglasdbit at gmail . com

Yes, time ago i liked this phone..now i know what this !#$# can do. It's very slow, can't install the roms i want. Music player is !@#$. You can't even copy/paste music on SDCard. And enough bugs that i don't recommend this phone!

If you install a custom ROM , battery life improves, performance gets better, SDcard may become your internal storage for apps and games. You can also upgrade to lollipop and over clock to up to 1.4 GHz. Flashing custom ROMs gets fun when you get used to it. I do it almost every week :D

I had used this Phone for more than 2 years and I faced no issue and now I had given to my Friend after purchasing G Pro 2. This phone still works without any issue. It is an decent phone with decent specs. It was one of the best at the time of its launch.

Download "rom toolkit" for L9 and unlock bootloader then instal recovery
Download Rom and Gaaps

To boot into recovery turn off, hold HOME and power UP, press 4s power (all time hold Vol+ and Home) when start recovery release all.
Wipe cash and partitions
Goto sd card and find rom , after install find Gaaps then reboot
This room dont have any Bug except, in my case, Cam app. Download FDroid and find Focal App. Cheers :D

keep away from the LG L9
It's good when it works, was quick etc. but I've just taken it to LG's service center for the third time in 2 weeks after 3 months of purchase.
When you make a call or when someone calls you, you cannot hear the other end or be heard. I'm insisting on a new phone hopefully different model or brand.

Could u please tell me how to upgrade it to that rom as it is really not 100% clear on xda, do I have to root, and how and how also do I unlock bootloader? Could u show in clear steps please.

With CM 11 unofficial all internal memmory was for app.
