Hi sangre , your moms phon most probably just got a virus , take it to a qualified tech and get them to re install the os.

Hi can someone help me? My mom's phone (LG Optimus F200) won't turn on, even if I hard rest it it won't turn on. She told me this had happened when she was watching a video on YouTube her phone suddenly turned off, now even if I charge it or connect it to pc it doesn't turn on, do you know any solution for this?
