Having memory problems. Keeps saying memory almost full. I have a memory card with lots of room but it doesent give me an option to move anything to memory card. It will not allow me to download anything, says not enough space. Anyone know what to do?

This phone is very large not something easy to carry at all. The phone worked well for a very short period of time. I have only had this phone for 1 month and it has stopped charging, the screen also freezes up a lot after 3 GBS of internet. That may be my provider but the camera is not something that is connected to my provider. Customer service sucks as they never return or answer your calls and they ask you to email them to RMA@MaxwestTelecom.com however they never email you back.. I am on my third email to them. I would say this item is good but not worth your frustration... Get a galaxy or another phone... This one is a pain in the .... This is a nightmare phone.... $300.00 down the drain...

?why is it that this phone as a memory problem for a phone with 1gd of ram and a 4gd of ROM when you check the phone it us something else why is that over all the phone is nice I don't have any more problem with it can you show me a way to get around that

My phone has enough space to capture photos and save them to my phone, that works fine. I have an SD card I have space. When I try to screen shot my phone says "couldn't save screenshot" or "couldn't capture screenshot" this upsets me. Also when I try to save, download, or share an image I will get responses like this; say I try to save a photo from Facebook it will say- "saved to device" but when I go to my phones gallery it will say "no thumbnail" if I try to share the photo say to instagram it will automatically say- "unable to load" I don't understand please help!!
