Meizu 16 crushes Geekbench with Snapdragon 845 and 8GB RAM

We know almost everything we need to know about the upcoming Meizu 16 and 16 Plus and the latest Geekbench listing comes to add another interesting detail into the mix, just a day before the official release, which is believed to be August 8. The multi-core score is downright impressive and we suspect it's probably due to the vapor chamber cooling system.

The score sheet doesn't say anything particularly new - we've seen the Snapdragon 845 chipset coming from miles ahead and the latest TENAA listing says that both variants, the regular one and the plus-sized version will share the same SoC. But the 8GB of RAM is a surprise.

We've only heard rumors about 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage so we suspect that the Plus model will be equipped with 8GB of RAM or at least some of the memory configurations. We will know for sure soon enough.
