To stop ads
Go to Settings
Tap on the Apps
Then tap on All Apps
Scroll through the list of applications and tap on the FWUpgrade.apk app
There you can find either the Disable or Uninstall option (Micromax has removed Disable or Uninstall options in some devices)

This phone is not a smartphone
There is storage issue
One year after buying it ads pop up when I connect to internet and unwanted apps were installed and they were malware
I repaired it in service center and spend more than Rs. 500 but after few months this issue of ads started again

My mobile completely attached with Ad's and unwanted programs installation automatically once i switched on the internet (either by data or wifi)
My mobile is not working even i have did the factory reset.....

Pratik, 12 Jul 2016Best smart phone experience, smooth inbuilt theme, battery ... moreAre you sure you using micromax canvas HD plus A190? 4days of battery backup on moderate use? It doesn't even last up to 2 days when the phone is on flight mode. The theme is terrible. It has huge icons and looks like a kid phone. The problem persists with it downloading apps on its own when connected to WiFi and they are not decent apps. I really don't know where it installs the apps when I have only 20mb free. 1gb out of 8 only for apps. Bad move by Micromax. First three to four months it was like an amazing experience though I downloaded nova launcher for a better UI. But then after a year storage connectivity problems have been persistent. I have no idea why I bought this but never again shall I look at micromax.
