when my father gifted me this phone i felt very happy after using it i got to know that this is worst phone i have used . i took the phone to the sevice centre for 8 times in 8 months . worst phone friends . i have faced many problems with this phone .

I think the company is engaged in making consumer fool by selling rubbish Chinese type product . The company and it's product are useless not consumer friendly too much hangs ,slow devices ,network problems , and much more please don't buy any product of this corporate , let them first provide solution to the existing customers and satisfy them with good review then think too buy its product

i worst my money in this phone, because hang and auto lock are ahead and no update are available

Mobile have a repeated hanging problem... As i open any app or any settings it automatically comes to lock screen...It take more time to connect to any network... Though it is an 4g supported handset, we cannot find real 4g experience because as i connect it to 4g it starts to hang and sometimes network lost and we need to restart device to connect to network... I did not get updates and device is full of bugg... Really a worst phone.. Game cannot be played because of lagging... Sometimes auto rotation does not work... Restarting the phone is
required every now and then...
I got most of the defect identified after my warranty period...The funny fact that 4g handset comes with only 1gb ram.. :) sometimes apps do not open...
Not much apps can be installed as the storage is less and more apps starts to lagg the phone..
2g does not work correcly.... Only 3g is best for this..

Really so bad always hanging and not updating software version really worst phone don't take Micromax mobile really im telling such a worst phone who is the invented this really i kick u very much we are putting money but ur not responsible for these almost i taked 10 mobiles for my family same problem what u tell the solution for these lose of money

good but there's soo many problems like -> overheating,lag, connection problems,no VOLTE,show 8GB but gives 4GB,etc
but overall good phone

Gio calling problem, online and offline problem, Very worst phn ever, heating issue, don't waste money on it, waste battery, fastly hanging net slow, worst phn ever nd forever
