Uhav no idea about applications ...still win 10 update not available in India. here maps also not working properly ..its better to bring another phone..Good bye Microsoft..at least focus on laptop versions

Is the Dual SIM 640 LTE finally coming to India? MS take ages to launch the phone. Saw zauba listing of RM-1075 imported around 28th March. God knpws when they'll launch this phone

Please download windows insider.You will be able to upgrade your phone to window 10.I have done so and was successful.Make sure you have charged your battery and upgrade using wifi link its faster.good luck.

install Upgrade Advisor and check if you are eligible for Windows 10 upgrade.
If it says yes, then you'll be able to upgrade to Windows 10.

If you do not like Wp 10 you can always go back to WP 8.1 using "Windows Device Recovery Tool" from here http://www.windowsphone.com/en-in/how-to/wp8/phones-and-hardware/recover-my-phone

I have installed the app "Windows Insider" from the Store and used it to install Windows Phone 10 on my Lumia 640! WP 10 is a disaster just as Windows 10 for laptops...! Still no Cortana, no "quit hours"..., in Sweden, and the swipe-gestures for back and forward in the browser is gone, and HERE Maps will be gone in june 2016, and the compass do not work when using Windows Maps! The app I used to stream the latest movies have stopped working, and there is no PopcornTime for WP 10!
This was the end of WP 10 for me, GoodBye Microsoft!
