This Is all bullshit what is Microsoft doing about it. Can the developers come up with and app that can run android apps on Microsoft. Some of us don't want to use android smartphones they such and i love Windows

Telegram messenger still working, it's the only useful app I have on this phone.

They are shutting down support for Windows Phone by the end of 2019, the Messenger app was shut down a few days ago, WhatsApp is going away as well. This means that these phones will become feature phones with very limited capabilities. That said, stuff like the music player or even navigation might still work, these would be good phones for such a thing, the second-hand market will probably be flooded with cheap phones, if it isn't already.

I got this phone today . Obviously it has been used before by someone else. But I love it that's why I bought this.
It came with Windows Phone 8.1 with denim. I wanted to ask if it is worth the update to windows 10 ?

It may had top phone. That stupid executives of microsoft made a gun without bullet. I e a good smart phone without simple audio visual apps.

If you didn´t upgraded to win10 because your network didn´t release it, you can go to the store and that's an app that make the upgrade, in portuguese is "assistente de atualização" so it must be "actualization manager" or "upgrade manager"

It's time to bid a sad farewell to my Lumia 640XL. It has served me well for the last 4 years. My reason isn't the phone, it's because I find that a lot of websites I try to visit don't play nice with it. I'm supposed to be able to upgrade to Win 10, my carrier (Metro PCS), isn't allowing that, I think. So I'll keep in around the house and use it as a portable video player and e-reader.

Very bad phone. Microsoft store doesn't have apps like Clash of clans, Chrome, Google Maps, YouTube etc. So, the phone is totally useless. I had to buy a new one though it was working well. Buying it means wasting your money.

I updated and got 10.1 . disappointed that i cant have ebay... but so far so good. love the phone. and it was 49.99...Love the fact that i can set to dark mode, with pink tiles..cant really go wrong.
