Microsoft starts Windows 10 ad campaign focusing on children

Vlad, 20 July, 2015

Microsoft is due to officially launch Windows 10 for PCs on July 29. As we get closer to that date, expect the software giant to roll out an increasingly complex ad campaign, making sure everyone knows about the new version of Windows.

The first Windows 10 ad has gone up already, and it's all about the kids. They're the future.

The main takeaway here seems to be how future-proof Windows 10 is supposed to be. Or rather, how it will appeal to future generations of PC users, no matter where in the world they may be located.

Some emphasis is placed on Windows 10's security (logging in without passwords), as well as the touch support and Cortana - these are all features we expect to see more of in the next ads.

Babies and kids are brilliant marketing tools.
