Motorola confirms October launch for Moto X4 in UK

Motorola has provided some information for the launch of the Moto X4 smartphone. The company's UK subsidiary has confirmed in a tweet that the device will hit the shelves early next month.

An exact date, however, wasn't revealed. Aside from the launch time-frame, the company also confirmed that the handset will be exclusive to Carphone Warehouse in the UK. Sadly, there was no information on pricing, although it can't be far away from the €399 price tag for continental Europe.

Hmmm, contract is up at the start of October and trying to decide between the water resistance and nearer vanilla X4 or the raw performance of an Honor 9 bought up front...
