I am extremely disappointed with the on board memory of this phone. The battery life is also abysmal when the net connection is on. Terrible phone when one is travelling. Also, some basic features, e.g. creating groups in the phone book, are not there. The return sign on my phone needs more than a touch to work :-/ All-in-all not a good experience.

Kindly note that early t6his year I bought a Motorola Fire XT from the Mobile Co Zain here in Jordan due to the fact that Motorola is a very decent and reputable firm globally .This mobile has given my wife a very hard time .I have taken to the your dealer here in Amman ,Jordan many times already but sorry they cannot fix it at all .
I am still suffering with this bad mobile and I wish that you as Motorola advise your dealer to change it for me .Appreciate your help

it get always hanged you have to remove the battery and again placing the battery, this you have to do two three times then it starts.

I have been using this mobile from 1 year and my experience with is mobile is not so good... It has got vey low memory and hangs a lot while calling or opening any application. Sometimes it takes one to two minutes to establish a call... (which is worst thing). If you are planning to buy a new mobile, go for 1 or 2 GB RAM.

This model is not good and not supported to Marathi font, Very Low memory even we cannot install more software and many software are not supported to this model.
My Suggestion is this is not good model

i root my fire xt and increase the internal memory. now i install 30 apps and then also 80mb internal memory is left.so happy yaar:)

iam using motorola fire xt for more than 1 year, it often hangs , it's inbuilt memory is very low, it's cam clarity is not good, android system update is not available and motorola service center is unavalable in india, i hate my phone!!!!!.

I am using the Motorola mobile Fire XT530 last one year but Such model has very low inbuilt memory & also rough quality.
Motorola company's customer support is very poor . I can say that Motorola mobiles is very poor in INDIA , compare to other company like SAMSUNG, MICROMAX, NOIDA.
I am very disappointed to purchase the same.
There is no market value of Motorola Mobile .
I request to customers , Pls. think before purchase mobile of Motorola.

I got my xt531 after they change the battery.whats wrong you people.why dont you just recall the product after you have read all the negative feedback about your product. Im really disappointed. I have never felt so humiliated as a costumer please do something especially with the internal memory.why so low

This is a great phone except for one major issue. 150MB of internal memory is ridiculous, especially when it comes with Google apps you can't remove from the phone. Want to use Facebook, Whatsapp, A music player of your choice, Twitter, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Instagram? Ha...make your choice. You can basically only use one of these apps on the phone at a time. It's a joke that they think a smartphone can have so little storage.
