Motorola teases a new smartphone, could be the Moto G64 5G [Updated]

Update: Motorola India has posted a video on X announcing it's launching the Moto G64 5G on April 16. The brand also confirmed that the Moto G64 5G will come with Dimensity 7025 SoC, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and 6,000 mAh battery.

The smartphone will be sold through Motorola's official Indian website and Flipkart. The latter set up a promo page for the smartphone revealing the rest of its specs, including a 6.5" FullHD+ 120Hz display, 50MP primary camera with OIS, 8MP ultrawide camera, and 16MP selfie camera.

The smartphone will have an IP52 rating and 33W charging support. It will also have stereo speakers onboard with Dolby Atmos support. Additionally, the phone will run Android 14 out of the box with a guaranteed upgrade to Android 15 and will also be available in an 8GB/128GB configuration.

Original story: Motorola launched the Edge 50 Pro in India last week, and it's now teasing a new smartphone in the country.

Motorola's Indian branch posted a short clip on X showing a smartphone with a centered punch-hole display. The brand said it is an "ultimate performer" and is coming soon but didn't divulge anything else.

This could be the Motorola Moto G64 5G, whose promo material was leaked by reliable leakster Evan Blass. The image and video shared by Blass revealed the Moto G64 will come in two colors with 256GB of storage onboard. However, there could be more storage options that are yet to be confirmed.

The Motorola Moto G64 5G has a punch-hole display on the front and a dual camera setup on the rear, headlined by a 50MP camera. On the phone's right-side frame are the volume and power buttons, and on the left is the SIM card slot. The smartphone was also spotted on Geekbench with Android 14, 12GB RAM, and an octa-core processor (6 cores @ 2GHz, 2 cores @ 2.5GHz).

A bigger battery is unnecessary, as long as the optimization is bad

D7020 like the G54 5G uses can't run WZM as you get an unsupported GPU error-D7025 has the same GPU, so probably can't run it either.
